Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a regularly-priced item, you may exchange or return the item for store credit within 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order. Items should be kept in its original condition with original tags attached to the garment, otherwise we might reject your request. For intimate apparels (e.g., earring and underwear), these items are final sale in the interest of hygiene and cannot be exchanged or returned. Items with a discounted price are also considered final sale, and, hence, cannot be exchanged for returned.
Price protection policy/price adjustment is currently not available; we do not accept returns for monetary refund. Shipping and customs/duties charges are non-refundable (please see shipping policy page for more information).
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to returning your item in order to obtain proper instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping and duties fees incurring from returning an item. U3 reserves the right to reject any returning product that does not comply with the aforementioned policy.
Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address, and customers will be responsible for the additional shipping and duties fees.
