Shipping and Order Processing

We offer worldwide shipping, and the shipping fees will be calculated in the final price at check out.

Total amount eligible for free shipping varies across regions.

Order Processing

For already-made items, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order.

For items that are handmade to order, making times vary from 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item and how busy our designers are at the time. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. We can be reached via email (info@u3official.com) and Instagram Direct Messages (@u3_official). If you’d like your order made in 7 days or less, we can offer you a rushed service with a fee of 20%. If you’re interested in a custom colour or design that isn’t available through our website, we can also offer a bespoke service with a 20% added charge.

There is no added charge for custom sizing. 

By default, all packages will be shipped via Canada Post in Canada and DHL outside of Canada.

 

Taxes and Customs Fees/Duties  

For orders placed at and shipped to a location within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on the province to which the order will be shipped.

For orders placed outside of Canada, duties, custom fees, and international taxes are not included in the final price. Canada Post or your local delivery system may notify you of these fees when they are applicable.

For orders that are placed in the United States, you acknowledge that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use and that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States per the necessary customs requirements. 

After you place your order, U3's hosting platform, Shopify, will assume your agreement to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single non-commercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the following, as required by US Customs and Border Protection:

"The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee's and owner's declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment."

Your authorization permits the carrier/customs broker to file the customs entry on your behalf for any order that is over $2500 or otherwise requires a formal entry. 

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number for you to track the shipment progress. If you prefer another shipping method, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the courier cannot deliver a package, the customer will be responsible for the payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier and re-shipping merchandise.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system. Shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses increases the risk of these unfortunate incidences.
